A collection of blanket fabrics designed for GlobalYell, a Creative Industry in Shetland aiming to reflect and promote the textile heritage of the Isles.

Inspired by the colours and patterns of the Fair Isle knitting and using the local Woolbrokers newly launched heritage yarn collection, I developed numerous fabric ideas and a collection of final designs.
